- Understanding of Real-time retention methods;
- Experience with primary and secondary retention metrics;
- Experience in the application and development of retention models: the development of "triggers" for the return of users, the construction of behavioral models and their use in CRM channels for both new and existing users;
- Advanced level of English.
- Analysis of the existing retention strategy;
- Adaptation of the existing strategy to the new project of the company for English-speaking users;
- Organization of one-time mailings for sites with a gaming theme;
- Experience in building and analytics "User funnel";
- Setting tasks for developers, designers, copywriters and QA;
- Close interaction with other product managers, analytics department;
- Development of new concepts for promotion through CRM channels, use and improvement of existing concepts.
